how to fix an i phone screen?
i cracked the screen diagonally staring at the bottom left side of the screen. on the left side of the button one square inch is shattered. i cant slide the button when i turn on my i phone by the way this is the first i phone. i need to know how to fix it or who to take it to to fix it and where to get a replacment screen. also please give me full directions on how to repair the screen my self. and another thing is, i was in the airport when this person bumped me and i dropped my i phone while listening to music, and did i mention i was on crutches *how rude!*

how do i take apart the iphone to put on the screen?
Hi,
The iPhone with the silver back is fairly difficult if you don't know what you're doing. Cheapest place to find the replacement will be on eBay. You will need to purchase the entire top panel. You can also research online to see if a local cell phone store can do it.
I don't recomment replacing it. It'll cost as much as buying a 3G.
